Since each cushion is made to order please allow 7 to 10 business days for the making of the cushion and one week for delivery. If you are unsure of the proper size it is best to go with the larger to make sure of a good fit. Fabric swatches are available if you are unsure of the color. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipments if they are unhappy with their fabric color choice.

 How do I care for MyPapasan cushion?
The cushion should be routinely turned and flipped monthly. Vacuuming beforehand will also keep it cleaner and make it last longer.

The cushion is well made and arrived more quickly than expected.  I appreciated the wide selection of fabrics and colors.  The local store where I purchased the chair offered cushions in a single fabric and only two colors.  The cushion I ordered from MyPapasan.com is different fabrics on each side, which didn't cost any more than having the entire cushion made in a single fabric.  Overall, I am extremely pleased.  The quality, price, and service were excellent.

Unacceptable and cushions retunred December 27, 2011

We have returned the cushions by mail and are now tracking delivery to owner in Forth Worth. We waited four days for cushions to fill out and even then the construction to fit into chair as displayed in Advertisement on internet was not possible although we followed the directions for selection and size. The chair fabric is thin and of the poorest quality. We awaiit refund of our money. Thanks for your prompt attention.

According to your web sight any chair more than 5 years old, would take the larger, 10" long cushion.  Well, the smaller one would have fit perfect even though our chair is 25 years old!  The larger one will work, okay, a little bit too long, but not worth trying to send back, to get the shorter size.  But good quality, and comfortable to sit one.  You really need to do AN EXACT MESSUREMENT FOR ACCURATE FIT.
