Since each cushion is made to order please allow 7 to 10 business days for the making of the cushion and one week for delivery. If you are unsure of the proper size it is best to go with the larger to make sure of a good fit.
Fabric swatches are available if you are unsure of the color. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipments if they are unhappy with their fabric color choice.
How do I care for
MyPapasan cushion?
The cushion should be routinely
turned
and flipped monthly. Vacuuming beforehand will also keep it cleaner and make it last longer.
To insure you get the proper fitting cushion you should either measure the one you had with the chair first. If you do not have the old cushion then measure the depth and height of the back of the chair as illustrated to the right. Add these two dimensions together to get the size of the cushion you will need.
If you still have your old cushion then lay it flat on a table or the floor and measure the total length with a tape measure. If it is a very old cushion it may be very flat and if so it will appear to be wider and longer then what you need.
