Since each cushion is made to order please allow 7 to 10 business days for the making of the cushion and one week for delivery. If you are unsure of the proper size it is best to go with the larger to make sure of a good fit. Fabric swatches are available if you are unsure of the color. No returns or exchanges available on this size cushion so be sure you order the correct size and fabric.

 How do I care for MyPapasan cushion?
The cushion should be routinely turned and flipped monthly. Vacuuming beforehand will also keep it cleaner and make it last longer.

To insure you get the proper fitting cushion you should either measure the one you had with the chair first.  If you do not have the cushion any longer then you should measure along the central rib of the chair from one side to the other.  We suggest you order that is just a little larger then what you measured.  For example if you measurement was 48 to 50" then you should order the larger 52" cushion for a cushion that will look plush when sitting in the chair and not have the top of the frame showing.
