Since each cushion is made to order please allow 7 to 10 business days for the making of the cushion and one week for delivery. If you are unsure of the proper size it is best to go with the larger to make sure of a good fit. Fabric swatches are available if you are unsure of the color.

Sorry but we can not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or any APO addresses.

The chair and cushion is shipped by common carrier. Be sure you give us your correct phone number where you can be reached by the carrier to set up a delivery time. They can not deliver to a PO Box or rural routes.

Inspect the chair on arrival. If you see any damage to it be sure to note it on the shippers receipt and refuse delivery. Contact us immediately so we can resolve any issues.

How do I care for MyPapasan cushion?
The cushion should be routinely turned and flipped monthly. Vacuuming beforehand will also keep it cleaner and make it last longer.
