Abacá, (pronounced [ɑbəˈkɑ] "ah buh KAH"),from Spanish "abacá" or Musa textilis, is a species of banana native to the Philippines, grown widely as well in Borneo and Sumatra. It is sometimes referred to as "BacBac". The plant is of great economic importance, being harvested for its fibre, once generally called Manila hemp, extracted from the leaf sheath around the trunk.
 

Your satisfaction is very important to us.  If you are not completely satisfied with this item you may return it within 30 days. This item must be returned in it's original package in unused and resalable condition.  A copy of the packing slip must be included with the item to expedite any refund or exchange. Customer must first notify us the item is being returned and why. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges to return item.  If the original item price included free shipping in the cost then the original shipping charges will be deducted before any refund is made.  All items will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

This item ships in 5 to 7 business day by standard ground via FedEx or UPS.  Customer must have a street address for delivery.  We cannot ship to a PO Box.  Customer must also provide a valid contact phone number. If you also wish to be notified when the item is shipped and receive a tracking number you must also provide a valid email address.

Custom made cushions can not be returned.  These were custom made for you and can not be resold so be sure you are ordering the correct size and fabrics.  Free fabric swatches are available upon request.
